I recently downloaded the free trial to try it before the new tax year starts. i'm either looking at buying two separate licences or the multiple one and run both under my account. It is helping me navigate the system by entering company & employee details I will need for April 2023. But does the trial run more than one company, please? I can understand if it doesn't. But it is proving a useful idea while I make my mind up. Seems okay so far though.

The trial version of Moneysoft Payroll Manager allows only one company to be used. To use the program for multiple companies, a separate license or the multiple employer license must be purchased.
It depends on whether you have backed up your data or not. If you have backed up your data, you should be able to restore it. If not, you may have to re-enter the information and send it to HMRC again.
